Building Management

We maintain frequent contact with Owners and/or Owner’s consultants to ensure efficient and correct management of the property.  We provide monthly owner reports and manage landlord/tenant relations.

Financial Management

Actively manage financial statements, accounts receivable/payable, collect and record rents, invoice common area charges, taxes, insurance, maintenance (NNN), maintain impound accounts, provide detailed reports including tenant profiles and property ledgers, prepare year-end 1099s. 

Physical Maintenance

Conduct frequent physical inspections with photographs and videos, coordinate and supervise maintenance activities and repairs, enforce building rules and regulations, provide recommendations for common area improvements.
